2/15 Update: All of our Ermine Ameraucanas have undergone DNA testing through Knight’s DNA Testing and are confirmed O/O for the oocyan (blue egg) gene. The oocyan gene is responsible for true blue eggs, and having two copies (O/O) ensures consistent blue egg color and reliable genetics. All orders will come from our O/O-tested lines.
 
Shipping Update: Any orders placed now, regardless of the calendar date selected at checkout, will begin shipping in late April.

Our line is carefully built from select bloodlines, with a focus on consistent blue egg color, correct breed characteristics, and overall health. Each generation is evaluated by hand, allowing us to thoughtfully refine and improve the line with every hatch.
Ermine chicks are sold straight run due to the complexity of the pattern and coloring, which cannot be accurately determined at hatch.
