Our multi-generational Olive Eggers are thoughtfully developed through selective cross-breeding to produce a wide spectrum of green egg tones, ranging from soft sage and muted olive to deep, earthy forest hues. Rather than aiming for a single, uniform color, this line is intentionally bred for depth, variation, and richness, ensuring each hen contributes something distinct to the egg basket. That same genetic diversity is reflected in the hens themselves, whose plumage is equally remarkable—no two birds are alike, with striking variations in feather color, pattern, and sheen that mirror the individuality of the eggs they lay. In 2026, we are beginning to introduce speckled egg genetics into this bloodline as we continue to expand and refine the program. As a result, this trait is still emerging and will not be present in all birds or reflected in every order.
